Energy work is incorporated into every massage
when needed. When energy work is the focus of the session gentle abdominal massage may be incorporated. Moira's energy
work is a combination of traditional healing tools from many cultures, most specifically from the Quechua of the
Andes and the Maya of the Yukatan. Traditional Maya healers believe there are spiritual diseases called Susto (fright/trauma),
Pesar (grief/loss), Tistessa (sadness/depression), Coraje (anger), and Envidia (envy/jealousy). It is believed that
by clearing these heavy emotions from an individual it allows them to walk lighter along their journey in this world.
Guided Meditation and Journeying
Meditation is
a tool to help you quiet the mind and bring calm to the body. Guided Journeys lead you through an adventure to find the answers
you seek. Whether it is to explore a part of your body you are trying to understand more (Uterine Mediation), you are
struggling with a health issue(cancer or chronic pain) and you would like a deeper way to understand or cope, or you would
like to meet a animal totem, Meditation and journeying can be beautiful ways to connect with the beauty that is already
at your fingertips, you just need a little help reaching it.

Relaxation Massage
One way to relax and let your body decompress
from the stress and worry of life. Full Body Relaxation massage is usally one hour and uses the healing benefits of traditional
Swedish Massage which increases circulation, a feeling of well being, and a reconnection to your body as a whole.
Clinical Therapeutic Massage
Massage that focus on a
particular issue (ie: sore neck or limited shoulder Range of Motion), incorporateing a variety of techniques such as Myofascial
Release, Swedish, Neuromuscular, and Orthopedic massage.
Pre-Natal Massage
Massage during pregnancy is beneficial
for both mother and baby. The massage will focus on areas needed attending to, including the abdomen (after first trimester
only). Massage to the abdomen and pelvis can help ease mothers aches, help prepare her for labor, and relaxes and
stimulate the baby. Touch for babies is vital, why not start in utero!
Post-Natal Massage
Getting your body back to "normal"
can be a struggle after labor. Massage can aid in restoring muscles and ligaments to healthy tone. Three months
post-partum it is safe to work on the abdomen and pelvis, including the uterus (MAM techniques used).
